Lost and found

I was milling around and found my long lost attempt at a blog...I find it laughable that one day....far into the future, some poor soul will stumble across my sad little ramblings and wonder what the hell was wrong with me...
I did however set myself to task and created another bacon lover's delight...the Maple Bacon Soft Pretzel. I candied the bacon in maple syrup and turbinado sugar, then mixed the delicious bacon chinks into the pretzel dough, baked them. Once they were deliciously brown, I glazed them with a scrumptious maple bacon goat butter glaze and topped them with a smidge of flake salt. If I never come up with another original recipe, I'm alright with that. This work of food art is absolute perfection. :)
